Connect your assistant

  1. Add a remote server or connector using the address above. Your AI workspace administrator may need to enable custom connections first.
  2. Sign in with your own Anny account in the browser and review the consent screen. No Anny API key is needed.
  3. Ask: “List my Anny workspaces, then show the hotels in the workspace I choose.”

Authentication and access

Browser sign-in uses OAuth authorization code with PKCE. The anny:mcp scope grants access to MCP tools; openid identifies the user and offline_access enables token renewal.

Each call checks current workspace membership, role permissions, and hotel visibility. A connection can access multiple workspaces you belong to; choosing one in a conversation does not restrict the connection to it.

Data shared with your assistant

Tools can return workspace and hotel details, Comp Sets, rates, reports, demand estimates, shop runs and schedules, Shop Pools, Event Intelligence, and published Help Center articles.

Tool inputs go to Anny and results return to your chosen AI client. Review that client’s data retention, model-training, and sharing settings before granting access.

Actions and approval

With the user’s existing permissions, tools can update hotel details, competitors and parity channels, shopping schedules, and Event Intelligence, start shops or refreshes, and submit suggestions. Suggestions include the connected user’s name and email.

Require confirmation in your AI client before changes. Approval prompts are controlled by the client. Rate shops and event refreshes can incur usage or charges; review scope and cost first. Existing plan and Shop Pool limits still apply.

The MCP server does not expose billing management, invitations, membership management, API keys, file uploads, raw database queries, or platform administration.

Remove access

In Anny, open Settings → Connected apps and remove the app. Its next MCP request is rejected, even if its access token has not expired. Removal does not erase data already returned to the AI client; manage that data with the client.
