Understand what you are paying for
Only workspace roles with billing access can view or change billing details. If Billing is missing, ask a workspace owner to review your role.
Open Settings, then Billing, when you want to answer a simple question: what is each hotel paying for right now? For API access and exports, see Exports and API.
Start a plan
For a new plan, choose Market Intelligence · 5 competitors at $49 per hotel per month or Market Intelligence · 10 competitors at $79 per hotel per month. Each includes 2,500 or 5,000 shop credits per month, respectively. Extra competitors cost $6 per competitor per month, and your package sets your monthly shop credits. An optional $10 purchase adds 5,000 credits. Prices are in USD before tax and existing discounts. Existing Starter, Core and Pro subscriptions keep their current terms until you change them. Review plan leads to a payment review with the hotel, plan, extra competitors, full recurring amount, billing interval, and amount due. Choose an authorized saved payment method, enter a different card for this hotel, or ask someone else to pay. A new card for one hotel leaves other hotels’ cards unchanged. You do not need to email yourself a payment invitation.
If payment already started and was not confirmed, Billing and the dashboard both show Finish payment. That returns you to the payment step so shops can start.
If a hotel is ready but has no recurring plan yet, the dashboard shows Start a plan, even when the hotel already had a free or on-demand shop. Those one-time shops don’t refresh its rates on a schedule. You can dismiss this notice for everyone in your workspace. It stays hidden, and you can still start a plan from Billing at any time. Start a plan opens Billing so you can review the current Market Intelligence offer.
You can also start a plan from Chat. Ask Anny to subscribe a hotel or what a plan would cost, and the Continue with button on its card opens this payment review inside the conversation. An AI assistant connected through MCP gives you a link that opens the payment review here in Billing.
Shop credits
One shop credit covers one hotel for one arrival date. A shop for your hotel and five competitors across 90 arrival dates uses 540 credits. Monthly credits reset on the billing date and do not roll over. Shops use included monthly credits before purchased credits. Purchased credits never expire. A new hotel has its own monthly credit balance.
Document storage
Document storage lists each hotel’s storage plan and how much it has used. Each hotel gets 1 GB free. Choose Add storage or Change storage to buy 10 GB, 50 GB or 200 GB for a hotel, and cancel it from the hotel’s row above. See Documents.
Start with the current total
When hotels are already billed, Current billing brings the recurring total, next charge date, and payment method together. If more than one party pays, the summary says the date or payment method varies by who pays.
Billing & plans combines the recurring total, hotel plans, cards and invoices on one page. Use the plan selector, Change payment, or Cancel plan at the right of a hotel’s row. Expand Invoices & billing history to review past and upcoming charges. Invoices needing payment remain visible. Payment methods shows which hotels use each card.
Match each charge to a hotel
The Services by hotel table shows each hotel’s plan, payment method, next bill and price. Billed to names the payer beneath the card. The controls at the end of each row let you change or cancel that plan.
Choose an existing card, add a new card, or choose Someone else pays and enter their email. Changes apply only to that hotel at its next renewal, with no charge today. Other hotels keep their current payment arrangements. An invited payer must accept and save a card before the renewal date; until then, the existing arrangement stays in place.
You can view or cancel a pending payment change from the hotel’s row. Cancel it before changing the hotel’s plan. Payment methods lists the hotels currently using each card. A plan cannot be changed or canceled while its payment change is accepted or its payer invitation is still unexpired. Complete or cancel that payment change first.
This is the useful trail to follow when the total changes. Start with the hotel, confirm the service, then check the plan and who pays.
A hotel can have another rate shop that is not on a plan yet. That row says Another rate shop for this hotel, so you can tell it apart from a second hotel charge.
Review a change before it happens
Use the plan control in the hotel’s row. Anny AI shows the current terms and the proposed terms before you confirm.
Read the effective date and price change before confirming. If the current price cannot be loaded, no change is made.
Follow the invoice to who pays
Invoice history groups paid and open invoices by who pays. An open invoice shows the amount remaining and a Review & pay action. Paid invoices remain available to view or download as a PDF.
When a total looks unfamiliar, compare that group in Invoice history with the same group under Services by hotel. That usually reveals which hotel or service created the charge.
Use Ask about this invoice when a line needs an explanation. That opens a note for Anny AI; it does not mark the invoice paid.
Someone else will pay
Choose Someone else will pay in the hotel’s payment step and enter their email address. The request keeps the hotel and plan you selected. They receive a secure invitation to review the quote, add a payment method, and complete payment. The plan stays pending until payment is confirmed. Before entering a card, the invited payer provides a billing name and address for the invoice. They can manage billing without gaining workspace or hotel-data access.
Manage saved cards
Payment methods lists your saved cards, their expiration dates, and the subscriptions using each one. Cards without subscriptions appear too. Choose Update expiration to save a new month and year for the same card. The update applies everywhere that saved card is used; it does not create a charge or change a plan.
To switch a hotel to a different card, use Change payment in Services by hotel. That change applies only to the selected hotel at its next renewal.
If you close card entry or a card is declined, use Finish payment or Retry payment to return to the existing invoice. Closing the form does not mean payment succeeded.
Add a payment method without joining the workspace
A billing contact may receive a secure payment link for a card or US bank account. Open the link, complete the payment form, and look for Payment method saved before closing the page. The link does not provide access to hotel rates, reports, or workspace settings.
If the link has expired, ask the person who manages your Anny AI billing to send a new one. Do not forward a payment link to another person.
For emailed invoices, the invoice shows its due date and the available payment instructions. Use the invoice number with a bank transfer or check so the payment can be matched to the right balance. Partial payments and credits remain visible on the invoice until the balance reaches zero.
