Ready to connect?
Choose the guide that matches how you are setting up the assistant.
Need product help? Start with Get help from Ask Anny. Use Connect Anny AI — For Humans or Connect Anny AI — For Agents when you still need to connect an assistant.
Find an answer in the Help Center
Ask your assistant to search the Anny AI Help Center when you want a quick answer about a setup step, report view, or rate shop. It can search for the right article and open the full guide when you want the complete steps.
Try:
Search the Help Center for how to add a competitor, then open the most useful guide.
The assistant uses knowledge_search to find articles and knowledge_get to open one. Results
include the article link so you can continue in the Help Center. When it opens the guide outside
Anny AI, it can also return full Help Center links inside the article.
Find an answer in your team’s documents
Ask your assistant about your own policies and procedures, such as how late a guest can cancel or who approves a rate override. It searches the documents you can open on the Documents page and answers from them, with a link to each document it used.
Try:
What is our cancellation policy?
The assistant uses documents_search to find the passage that answers the question,
document_get to read more of a long handbook, and documents_list to see which documents your
team keeps. It sees only the documents you can open in Anny AI. See Documents.
Compare your hotel with its Comp Set
Ask how you compare when you want the picture behind the rates: what each hotel offers, what guests say about it, and what brings people to your market.
Try:
How does my hotel compare with its Comp Set?
Your assistant reads the public pages for your hotel and every competitor, confirms each one by its address, and answers with the source behind each fact. It tells you plainly when something is not published anywhere it could find, keeps each review site on its own rating scale, and ties every strength and weakness back to what it read.
Follow one part further: “Who else charges for parking?”, “What do guests complain about at the hotel two blocks away?”, or “What is driving demand in this market?”
Read a dashboard tab
Ask what a dashboard tab shows when you want the figures you see in Anny AI: Today, Overview, Pulse 1Y, Table, Chart, or Location, for the hotels, stay dates, and filters you choose.
Try:
What does my Today dashboard say about the week ahead?
Your assistant uses dashboard_view_get, which returns the figures the dashboard widgets show, so
its answer matches your screen. Follow up in the same terms: “Which competitor moved the most?” or
“Where are the OTAs cheaper than our direct rate?”
Read your daily brief
Ask for a saved brief for one hotel and role: Revenue, Owner, Front desk, or Sales. For example: “Read the owner brief for Crown Colony, including when its data was collected.”
Your assistant uses hotel_brief_get to read the same saved brief as Today, with
supporting findings and collection dates. The tool respects your hotel and data
access. It does not start a new brief generation.
To go past the brief, ask what it left out: What did today’s brief miss for next weekend? Your
assistant uses hotel_evidence_get to read every finding and tracked event for up to 31 stay dates,
a page at a time, including the ones the brief passed over. It can also read exactly what a saved
brief saw, so you can set it beside the latest findings.
Follow an Estimated demand date
Ask for a rate summary when you want current rates and demand for a date range. When one date looks different, ask for its rate trend at the same length of stay to follow rates and demand history together.
rate_matrix_getincludes current demand rows with the matching arrival date and length of stay.rate_summary_getadds one current demand result to each arrival-date row.rate_trend_getadds demand history for the selected arrival date and length of stay.
Ask: “Which upcoming dates have High estimated demand?” Then follow one date with: “How did rates and estimated demand move for a one-night stay on that arrival date?”
See Find the story in your rate report for the same discovery path in the app.
If a connection or answer is not working, see Get unstuck.
