    Connect Anny AI — For Humans

    Connect Claude or ChatGPT to ask questions about your hotels, Comp Sets, rate reports, and shops.

    Copy this server address when your assistant asks for an endpoint:

    https://www.anny.ai/api/mcp

    Connect Claude

    Anny AI is listed in Claude’s connector directory. Open the listing to add Anny AI without copying the server address.

    To add it by hand in Claude or Claude Desktop:

    1. Open Customize → Connectors.
    2. Choose + → Add custom connector.
    3. Name it Anny AI and paste the server address above.
    4. Choose Add, then Connect.
    5. Sign in to Anny AI and review the access request.

    On a Team or Enterprise plan, an owner first adds Anny AI under Organization settings → Connectors. Each teammate then connects with their own Anny AI account.

    Connect ChatGPT

    ChatGPT calls custom connections apps. Your workspace administrator may need to enable developer mode before you can add one.

    1. Open Settings → Apps → Advanced settings and turn on Developer mode.
    2. Choose Create app.
    3. Name it Anny AI and use the server address above as its endpoint.
    4. Choose the sign-in option, then Scan tools.
    5. Sign in to Anny AI, finish the scan, and choose Create.

    Custom apps with actions are currently available according to your ChatGPT plan and workspace settings. If Create app is missing, ask a ChatGPT workspace administrator to add it.

    Check the connection

    Start with:

    List my Anny AI organizations. Then let me choose one and show me its hotels.

    If two organizations or hotels have similar names, choose the one you mean.

    Before starting a billable rate shop, ask the assistant to show the current state. Confirm the action when you are ready.

    Your assistant can also search the Help Center for a setup or reporting question. Try:

    Find the Help Center guide for adding a competitor and open it.

    It will bring back the article link so you can continue reading in Anny AI.

    Connect a coding agent

    Using Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or VS Code? Open Connect Anny AI — For Agents, then choose Copy as Markdown. Give the copied page to your agent and ask it to add Anny AI for your user account.

    Remove a connection

    Open Settings → Connected apps in Anny AI and remove the app. You can also disconnect it inside Claude, ChatGPT, or your coding tool.
